"Capitol Cup" Format & USAG International Sanctioned Event

Warm-up & Compete
Artitistic Women Gymnastics - No Finals!
4 man teams w/ 3 scores counting on each event for team!

Teams with over 4 gymnasts are encourage to have both an A & B teams.
It is possible to enter 3 gymnasts and compete as a team.
Team Fee is $65 per each team entered per level!

NO REFUNDS on deposits or scratches. Substitutions will be permitted.

USAG GYMNASTICS DIVISIONS (All Levels)
Disney Trophies awarded to top 3 Teams in each Division (if more than 3 teams are entered)
Award Medals given 100% in the All Around Levels
All Around Trophies for the Top 3/6 Finishers too!
T shirts for all competitors
Special Gift for all competitors and participation certificate!
