gymnasts in the 2004, 1996, 1992, & 1988 Olympics and
many World Championship Team Members. |

Brown's
Gymnastics has proven successful operational experience in the daily operation
of gymnastics schools and has helped several entrepreneurs expand into the gymnastics
business. To help educate you about what it takes to open a Brown's Gymnastics
training facility in your area, we have put together a package of various programs
that may interest you. Please review the options and contact Rita Brown through
RBBrown Consulting to set up an interview opportunity to see if you can qualify for a license to own or
operate a Brown's Gymnastics School.

OPTION I:
License Use of Brown's
Gymnastics Name
You may already have a gym or wish to purchase a gym from an
existing owner and want to immediately establish a recognizable name.
Use of the Brown's Gymnastics Name - You will be granted use of the name
"Brown's Gymnastics" of (your city name) for a period of three (3) years.
Use of Brown's Gymnastics Program - You will be granted use of
the Brown's Gymnastics Program. Brown's Gymnastics will provide complete operational
training guides and manuals as stated in the "Brown Program" Guide. These programs
include teacher manuals, office training and computer set-up for billing and payables.
Discounted Equipment and Apparel -
Brown's Gymnastics is a dealer for several gymnastics equipment and apparel companies.
You will qualify to purchase equipment and apparel at these discounted prices.
$5,000 plus 5% of gross monthly receipts

be paid as follows: - $1,000.00 initial payment
at the time of signing Letter of Intent
- Balance
of $4,000.00 at execution of the "License Agreement Document"
- Percentage
of monthly receipts is payable on the 15th of the following month for a period
of 3 years.

OPTION II:
Complete Gym Set-Up
& License Use of Brown's Gymnastics Name
You have a location for a gym and need help getting started,
but don't know where to begin.
Complete Facility Design -
Rita Brown will help design a complete gymnastics facility and guide the new owner
through the start-up procedures including equipment layout, office set-up, computer
programs, advertisement plans, staff manuals and aid in the ordering and help
with the supervision of the gym equipment set-up using her expertise to get the
gym operational. She will also attend the "Grand Opening" of the new facility.
Use of the Brown's Gymnastics Name - You will be granted use
of the name "Brown's Gymnastics" of (your city name) for a period of three (3)
years.
Use of Brown's Programs and Materials - Brown's Gymnastics
will provide complete operational training guides and manuals as stated in the
"Brown Program" Guide. These programs include teacher manuals, office training
and computer set-up for billing and payables.

$10,000
plus %5 of gross monthly receipts

RBBrown's Consulting
Service
You currently own or operate a gymnastics facility and would
like expert help to improve your business and/or programs.
Through her company, RBBrown
Consulting Services, Rita Brown is available for consulting at your gymnastics
facility. She will come in-house and evaluate your program and will be happy to
share with you her experience and expertise in all areas that you feel you need
help.
$500.00 per day plus expenses
