BROWN'S GYMNASTICS POLICIES

      Your Account

       Your phone number is your account number. Please notify the office staff if your address or phone number has changed.

      Payment

Tuition is due the first class of each month for the recreational students.
Tuition for team members is due on the first of each month.
A $10.00 late fee is added to the tuition if it is not paid by the first week of the month.
Prorates are only given at the time of registration.
Payments are accepted by cash, checks (made out to Brown's Gymnastics), Master Card or Visa.

Drop Rules and Payment Policies

Brown's Gymnastics requires a 30 day written notice prior to dropping from a class. Customer must submit notice by the 1st of the month prior to the month dropping. Our program is based on a 12 month calendar. We DO NOT automatically drop students from classes for vacations or summer school holidays. Please read below.

Example:
Notice must be given by July 1st in order to drop from August classes. This allows us time to process your drop and reassign or sell your child's reserved spot. You may also fill out an ADD FORM at the front desk to quarantee your child's spot for when you return from your time off!

Withdrawing From A Class

Each customer is automatically enrolled in all sessions throughout the year. We require a 30-day written notice when dropping a class or the customer will pay for that month they fail to give notice. Notice must be received in writing by the 7th of the month prior to month dropping.

Make Up Classes

For every two classes missed there is one make up class. All make up classes must be scheduled at the front desk prior to the class. Make up classes may not carry over from month to month. The student must pick up a make up slip at the front desk prior to attending make up class. The child will not be permitted in class without a make up slip.

Gym Rules

Parents may observe from the observation room ONLY.
Please do not stand in the hallway or near gym entrance door.
NO food or drinks are allowed in the gym.
Siblings must be supervised at all times while in the observation room and are not allowed in the Pro Shop or in the gym unless they are registered for class.

PROPER ATTIRE FOR STUDENTS

All girls must have hair securely tied back and out of their face.
Bare feet are required. NO socks or leggings with feet covered.
NO jewelry allowed. NO watches, rings, or large earrings. Brown's Gymnastics will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Girls should wear a leotard and boys should wear a t-shirt and shorts. Please, no buttons, belts, buckles, or zippers.
Cubbies inside the waiting area are provided for shoes, socks, jackets, etc.
Please do not bring valuables to the gym.
No chewing gum.
