DROP NOTICE POLICY
Brown's Gymnastics
requires a 30
day written notice prior
to dropping from a class. Customer must
submit notice by the 1st of the month prior
to the month dropping. Our program is based
on a 12 month calendar. We DO
NOT automatically drop students
from classes for vacations or summer school
holidays. Please read below.
Example:
Notice must be given by July 1st in order
to drop from August classes. This allows
us time to process your drop and reassign
or sell your child's reserved spot. You
may also fill out an ADD FORM at the front
desk to quarantee your child's spot for
when you return from your time off!
